To the list of interesting meats I have eaten, we can now add “wild boar.”
It’s basically gamy pork. In bratwurst form, the gaminess wasn’t too objectionable, but not something I’d actively seek out again–there was a definite cloying spiciness that you don’t get with regular piggies. Still, I ate it mostly for the experience.
Interesting. It was no yak meat, though.
