Merry Christmas!! May your next twelve months be even more inspired, inspiring, creative, and fun than the last! And some profitability would be nice too right? 😀

I don’t know how long I’ve been following this particular blog, but I want to thank you for every single update, humorous, serious, arty, or otherwise. Your creativity inspires and sparks my own, and I’ve learned far more about how to trust my own instincts of writing and creating than ever from what you share so honestly with us. I fell in love with Digger and I’ve only come to admire and respect you more the longer I’ve read this blog. I won’t pretend that I know you on a personal level – though I’d be thrilled to be able to claim it – but I feel like you’ve given me, and all the readers of this blog, a true gift beyond measure in the laughs and the tears, the stories and the art, and even the hard questions that you bring up and don’t answer.

So thank you for a year of constant giving to US. We love you!

OK. I waited until the day after to give you some holiday time.

    Weasel? Rooster? (“Bloaters? Angus?”)

I know you mostly through Digger, which still makes me giggle and cry in a thoroughly satisfactory manner. I don’t remember any weasels or roosters. Could you direct me to a street corner where I could buy a clue?

BTW; don’t you think you should amend your “Artist” section to mention that Digger won the Hugo?

Oh dear! Well, I have a D&D campaign that I occasionally post moments of here. (In fact, the annual holiday story may be up here shortly)

It’s easy to miss, as I try not to be one of those annoying LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY D&D CAMPAIGN! people, but my character is named Rooster, paladin of the Silver Weasel, a peculiar faith that worships a giant silver mustelid, slays demons, and goes around handing out religious pamphlets.
